Shut the box - 2 Player Edition

2 Players
Goal: Close as many numbers as possible
Numbers: 1–9 (or 1–12 for harder play)
Equipment: Dice + Numbered tile board
How to Play
All numbers start open
Player 1 rolls 2 dice
Add the total
Close any combination of open numbers that equals the total
Keep rolling as long as combinations are possible
If no match is possible, turn ends
Add remaining open numbers = Player 1’s score
Reset board and Player 2 takes a turn
Winning
Player with the lowest score wins
Shut all numbers = instant win
