1. May be sanded in between coats for a super smooth surface which is great for detailed works
2. Adds dramatic contrast and interesting effects that regular white gesso cannot achieve
3. May be diluted with water.

Handy Hints

1. Store in a cool, dry area (away from direct sunlight and excessive cold or heat)
2. Pour or scoop gesso into another container before use, rather than using directly from the tub. Always use a clean utensil or painting accessory when placing gesso into another container to ad contamination
3. Re-place seal and then tightly close the lid after use to keep gesso fresh
