Keratin treatment milk How to Use Keratin Treatment Milk

Preparation: Start with clean, towel-dried hair. Some products recommend applying to damp hair for better absorption.

Application: Apply a small to moderate amount of keratin treatment milk evenly from roots to tips. For example, Colisi Keratin Treatment Milk suggests applying a quantity from hair root to tip, combing through for 5 minutes, then leaving it on for 15 minutes before washing off145.

Frequency: Use the treatment twice a week for best results, especially if hair is dry, damaged, or chemically treated45.

Styling: Some keratin treatment milks can be used as a leave-in product on dry hair to smooth and reduce frizz3.

Additional Tips: For salon-like results, some keratin treatments are sealed in with heat (e.g. flat iron), but milk-based treatments often focus on hydration and repair without harsh chemicals68.
