TP Link Omada 10-Port Gigabit Smart Switch with 8 port POE+ in 1-bluetooth-and-wifi-adapter

Key Highlights

PoE+ Capability: It features 8 PoE+ ports with a total power budget of 61W (some versions have a 58W or 53W budget). This allows you to power devices like IP cameras, P phones, and wireless access points directly through the Ethernet cable, simplifying your network setup and reducing cabling complexity.

Full Gigabit Speeds: It has 8 gigabit RJ45 ports and 2 gigabit SFP slots. The gigabit ports ensure high-speed data transfer, and the SFP slots provide flexible fiber connectivity for extending your network over longer distances.

Centralized Management: The switch is a key component of the TP-Link Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) platform. This integration allows you to manage the switch, along with other Omada-compatible devices like access points and routers, from a single, centralized interface. This can be done via the Omada app or a web-based cloud controller, which simplifies configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting, especially for multi-site networks.

Advanced Layer 2 Features: The TL-SG2210P is packed with enterprise-level Layer 2 and Layer 2+ features, including:

• VLANs (802.1Q) for network segmentation.
• QoS (Quality of Service) to prioritize critical data traffic like ce and video.
• Link Aggregation (LACP) to increase bandwidth and provide link redundancy.
• Static Routing for efficient internal network traffic.

Robust Security: It includes comprehensive security features like Access Control Lists (ACL), Port Security, and Storm Control to protect your network from various threats and unauthorized access.

Silent Operation: The switch has a fanless design, which makes it ideal for deployment in quiet office environments where noise is a concern.
